Job Profile

• Identify new corporate accounts, potential Vendors for IT staffing business in UAE and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
• Build new business through proactive calls and meetings achieving monthly/quarterly targets
• Handling accounts with contractor staffing needs, ongoing support & leveraging your network
• Preparing Sales plan (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and achieve the agreed sales target in your assigned areas
• Build direct relations with Hiring Managers / Procurement Managers / Decision Makers etc, to close the deal
• Prepare and follow daily reports with team on sales calls, client’s actions, agreement, deliveries
• Writing Business Proposals/ analytical papers as and when required.
• Assist with drafting the personnel and staffing sections of the proposal, formatting CVs, partnering with technical development staff in drafting summary statements highlighting the team’s technical expertise and experience
