Description:

We are looking for dynamic Baristas with 2 years’ experience in coffee shop with expertise in specialty coffee. Applicant must be in UAE. Speaks fluent English.

• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers, selling coffee, coffee grinding and brewing.
• Preparing and serving variety of coffee, drink hot and cold, along with pastries.
• Educate the customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu & answering questions.
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as espresso, café latte and cappuccino
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee beans supplies & any other items which display in coffee bar.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing charges, maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
