Description:

We are looking for Banquet Sales Coordinator Female with UAE experience is must.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales in conducting market analysis to understand guest’s needs, business potential, desired rates, etc.
• Give ideas and suggestions of Sales to ensure the products and services are attractive to the potential customers at all time.
• Assist with promotions and mass mailing where requested.
• Developing and maintaining sales records and client’s database.
• Handling orders by phone or email and in collaboration with the sales/catering managers.
• Issuing events orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. 
• Ensures all events run as per the agreed terms with the clients in collaboration with operations departments.
• Telesales and following up on accounts to create demand / promote/ highlight opportunities.
• Conduct son-site client inspections and entertainment when required.
• Coordinates activities related to booked business with other departments
• Communicates guest’s requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure all events are handled efficiently.
• Attend sales blitz with the sales team when required.
