Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the UAE automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the automotive department, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of automotive professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the automotive department, ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Workflow Management: Efficiently manage workflow and coordinate activities to meet production and service targets within specified timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality automotive services and products.
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the UAE automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive operations, maintenance, and service processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
