Hiring Automation Tester

Mode of hiring/Duration: – Permanent

Location: – Dubai

Automation Tester

• 3+ years hands-on testing experience in a multi-technology environment eg. Mobile-apps, web-apps, APIs, etc.
• 3+ year’s hands-on experience with automation frameworks (E.g. Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured).
• Strong knowledge of automation framework concepts and automation best practices
• Experience with testing methodologies/types
• Programming experience is a must (e.g. Java)
• Non-functional testing (E.g. load, performance, usability, etc.) experience is an advantage.
• Experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle
• Hands-on experience with source control and CI/CD tooling (E.g. Git, TFS, Jenkins)
• Great engineering practices with a focus on TDD and BDD principles and a strong focus on non-functional requirements at the beginning rather than an afterthought
• Experience creating and identifying End to End functional test cases
• Experience with environment configurations, defect tracking, build or release management and debugging tools
• Ability to work without direct supervision while contributing to the success of the team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated high standard of coding practices including good design documentation and peer code-reviews
• Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze automation testing problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans quickly
