Audit Manager / Senior Auditor

• A Well-established Audit Firm is looking for an Audit Manager/ Senior Auditor in UAE for its Dubai Office.
• The Audit Manager is responsible for business development & organizing and overseeing internal & external audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, often managing a team of auditors.
• Oversee the review process then make any necessary recommendations to change policies, implement new systems or even change employee roles and team structures.

Role, duties, and responsibilities

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
• Render audit services to clients with Knowledge and Business Solutions as per their requirement and to manage client expectation.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within teams
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned

Person Specification

• Typical qualities of a successful Audit Manager include:
• Working knowledge IFRS and International Auditing Standards
• Strong experience with Tax (VAT) Operations and ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience of leading, supervising, and coaching members of staff
• Delivering results and meeting client expectations
• Planning and organizing
• Should have 5 years of minimum experience in same field (UAE Market Experience preferred).
• Analyzing and presenting recommendations
