Description:

Hiring ATM Monitoring Analyst

• Prior experience in Prognosis/Insight (ATM Monitoring Tools).
• Responsible for all aspects of monitoring of Automated Teller Machine operations and Smart Deposit Machines. Ensure that all department emails are actioned.
• Ensure all calls are logged with by CIT company and are attended by Vendors within the TAT defined in the SLA.
• Ensure alerts are notified and escalated as per the baseline standards defined by the IT Infrastructure Team.
• Coordinating installations, upgrades and Preventive Maintenance on ATM’s and SDM’s with Service Providers, Community office staff (OPS) and external vendors (NCR & CNS).
• Responsible for monitoring the ATM Communication network, responding to outages, and working closely with Network Operations Centers and Telecommunications providers to debug and diagnose network problems.
• Familiarity with all monitoring tools, viz Prognosis, Insight, Base24.
• Should be able to send out reports on a daily basis.
