Description:

We are looking for Associate Engineer

Job Responsibilities;

• Assist the management of the maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of computer server systems and other networking equipment in the Data Centre
• 1st level bugs diagnosis of systems software application
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and calibration of video wall systems, fibre optic communication systems, Ethernet communication systems, wireless communication systems
• Manage and control 3rd party vendors for the 2nd level support professionally
• Dealing with end users in resolving the fault calls
• Dealing with vendors in problem resolution
• Reporting to management on the project/fault status

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• At least five (05) years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, Administration and Information Security
• Possess a BS/MS in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Networking skills and at least having a CCNA
• Well-versed in VMWare technologies
• Experienced in configuration and management of Milestone DVMS, Commvault Backup System and Hitachi Storage System
• Experienced in installation and configuration of the systems hardware, networking and operating systems
• Experienced in Tier -3 architecture, virtualization technologies, shell scripting and working with data center servers including HPE Blade servers (a must), KVM, Barco Video Wall System, Cisco routers and switches, F5 Load Balancer, Huawei and Fortigate Firewall, Linux and Windows OS, Solarwinds, RIZONE DCIM, Arcsight SIEM, Tenable and Trend Micro Anti-Virus
• Familiar with systems security, conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments
• Very hands-on, resourceful and independent
