- Manage credentialing-related functions, including application data entry, vendor resource verification, and board certification processes.
- Engage with state boards and credentialing organizations to monitor updates and confirmations.
- Uphold accuracy and compliance in credentialing data in accordance with industry standards.
- Validate third-party information utilizing online databases to ensure data integrity.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to excel in a remote working environment, with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a data entry or customer service-related position is preferred.
- Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, with weekends off.
