Hiring Assistant Trade Manager – Red Sea

Requirements:

• Develop and Monitor Pricing strategy policy based on seasonality, competitive environment and ensure its implementation with the trade team.
• Analyze and prepare reports on business performance, suggest corrective and improvement actions.
• Work closely with operation/accounts/sales team members to ensure business performance targets are achieved.
• To be responsible for any operational/pricing issues that may arise with vendors and to follow up promptly for quick resolution.
• Read contracts and understand the terms and conditions (in conjunction with Documentation & Claims).
• Conducting analysis on customer structure and cargo mix in order to develop most optimized cargo base
• Carrying out various cost and revenue analysis for trade lane
• Agencies management by Target setting and monitoring their performance with regular review.
