We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support and assist in the coordination of hypermarket construction, fit-out, MEP, and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the execution of civil engineering and hypermarket construction projects.
- Support the project manager in collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and supermarket managers.
- Help track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Assist in managing procurement of materials and equipment.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with local safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation.
- Address and assist in resolving any project-related issues effectively and promptly.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, specifically within retail or hypermarket construction projects.
- UAE Driving license holder is preferable
Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of hypermarket refrigeration systems, HVAC, and MEP work.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and retail project layouts.
- Understanding of local construction regulations and safety standards in Abu Dhabi.
