Description:

We are urgently looking for an Assistant Operation Manager who can speak Chinese to join our team. Our company, Gold Dragon Trading (under the management of China Center Dubai Digital Park (CCDDP) is engaged into Digital Marketing, deals with digital currencies to associate with investors, located at Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis Dubai, UAE.

Ideal Candidate Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for any related agenda to oversee daily business operations.
• You will be responsible to assist the Operation Manager on daily activities as assigned.
• Serve as a guide to fresh employees so as to make sure that they adhere to company rules.
• Organize the employees to be more efficient on their daily task, by guiding and improving their skills.
• Monitor and report on activities, performance and training feedback to directly.
• Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Operation Manager.
• Analyzing all operations and suggest for improvement.
• Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance.
• Handle routine tasks and solve any problems occurs.
• Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.

Must Have The Following Qualifications:

• With at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiations skills
• Target oriented
• Capable of handling target pressure
• Able to work as per the given deadlines
• Problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• High energy, people person, dynamic
• English speaking is essential.
