Position – Assistant Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Digital and Traditional Marketing.
• Must have UAE experience and must be available in UAE for immediate joining.

Job Description:

• Website & Social media management
• Website catalogue management
• Liaise with the Design team for monthly social media content calendars
• Manage SM promotional posts
• New product uploads to website
• Managing all online orders & deliveries to customers
• Managing payment gateways
• Managing WhatsApp Commerce
• Coordinate with finance team for online payments
• Coordinating with vendors for 3D images required for product uploads
• Maintaining database for monthly online orders & sales
• Coordinate with factory costing team to provide quotations for online customized customer enquiries
• Manage marketing collaterals and videos
• Oversee the dispatch of marketing materials
• Liaise with all malls for SM support and FOC advertising within the mall
• Liaise with the Design team for all marketing related collaterals
• Liaise with outdoor advertising agency vendors for all ad collaterals
• Manage all store mall permissions for Visual Merchandise display
• Ordering packaging and stationery items
• Oversee customer related issues, queries, complaints.
