Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Formulate an integrated communication strategy aimed at boosting brand equity and preference.
• Implement efficient media management and planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional personnel and operations.
• Suggest brand/ store promotional initiatives after consulting with brand custodians.
• Guarantee strategic placement of outdoor media assets like billboards and hoardings in high-visibility areas to attract customers.
• Meet deadlines and seasonal peaks as required.
• Develop the annual marketing budget for the brand, in collaboration with the management team, and allocate resources to various territories/ brands, considering seasons, campaigns, and media channels.
• Strategize and collaborate with the Corporate Marketing department for media procurement.
• Monitor advertising agreements with media agencies and groups.
• Conduct market research to evaluate the efficacy of media campaigns in relation to the expenditure.
• Negotiate with vendors, media groups, and printers to optimize resources and costs.
