Hiring Assistant Manager Operations (Employee care)

Location – Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage the day-to-day operations.
• Manage & deliver the defined SLA of the department.
• Prior UI level experience in SAP Success factors.
• Manage a team of 5/10 employees: TL+ Executives.
• Be the lead interface with other departments to coordinate activities.
• Review & manage the compliance metric of the department.
• Develop & execute the quality metric for the department.
• Managerial reporting and support to Team leaders.
• 8+ years of operations experience / HR operations (Staffing) Preferred (UAE OR GCC)
