Description:

Hiring Assistant Manager MIS

Requirements:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business operations and decision-making.
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
Translate complex data into easily understandable visualizations and reports.
Ensure reports are aligned with business needs and stakeholder requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process change initiatives.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI and other data analysis tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and reporting systems.
Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools & Salesforce
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
