Hiring Assistant Manager Marketing; Temporary (6 Months – minimum)

Work Location – Dubai

Candidates with own visa arrangements in UAE will be given first preference

Desired Profile:

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Specialization in Marketing
• Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years of marketing & events experience, preferable working with an event company and/or high-end/luxury brands and/or hospitality 5 star properties (i.e. beach club)

Job Role:

• Assist in managing all events planned for the Launch
• Assist in liaising with new retailers on site, 3rd party suppliers, and media requests
• Assist in executing additional projects as /when required by the business.
• Assist in managing events management companies, signage and printing suppliers.
• Coordinate with the various marketing agencies, i.e. Advertising, PR, Social & Events Management to ensure the retail team of the allocated asset(s) meets the projects, campaigns, promotions deadlines.
• Ensure a permanent communication with tenants
• Follow up on third party/service providers’ payments and invoices.
• Prepare necessary progress marketing reports and presentations (weekly/) inclusive of a post campaign report post launch
