We are hiring an Assistant Manager Customer Experience (CL2 – III)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Oversee the responsibilities of the Customer Experience Manager who looks after the regional care pack management, retention/loyalty programs, and other sales support activities
- Lead regional Care Pack Program and act as the primary contact point for Care Pack sales, marketing, policy and pricing set-up
- Seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities thru all CS Touchpoints.
- Leading the projects from initiation to final deployment based on a clear timeline, and analyzing results for continuous improvements
- Minimum 5/+ year experience in Customer Experience Management (within the electronics Industry).
- Experience using SAP or other ERP statistical software packages
- Strong analytical abilities and problem resolving skills
- Strong knowledge of CX processes within the electronics Industry / Customer service
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in English is a must and Arabic is an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, power point and Excel
