Description:

Assistant Manager Accounts (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable)

Familiar with the following:

• Accounts Payable
• Validation of invoices
• Approval of Payments
• Understands online banking protocols
• Understands the risks in payment processing
• Is familiar with RERA Escrow banking systems
• Familiar with procure to pay cycle

Accounts Receivable

• Familiar with the receipt to clearing cycle in Oracle
• Understands the process of Bill to Collect cycle of real estate business
• Has understanding of revenue recognition rules
• Familiar with the escrow rules for collection under RERA regulations

Deliverables

• Be involved in review and approval of payments
• Assist the team in day to day operations matters for AR / AP as required.
• Ensuring that the payments are processed as per the processes and checklists
• Supporting in the preparation of month end project reports / AR reports
• Provide support in adhoc reports in liaison with the line managers
