Description:
We are looking for Assistant Housekeeper for Flora Al Barsha Hotel with an experience of two years in the similar position/Housekeeping Supervisor role from a 4/5 star International Hotel Chain for minimum 5 years.
Minimum five years’ experience in housekeeping from a 4/5 star International Hotel Chain. Pre –Opening Experience will be added advantage.
Hotel Management Degree or equivalent
Prior experience of a Housekeeping Supervisor
Fluent in English
Knowledge of HK protocol procedures and HK quality control
Experienced in leading and guiding a team of room attendants
Housekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity
High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
Knowledge in Opera
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent grooming standards
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
