Job Description:

As the AGM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation & success of our establishment. You will work closely with the GM to oversee the daily operations, maintain high standards of service, & create unique experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, & lead a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment. Provide guidance & support to enhance individual & team performance.

Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the GM to develop & implement strategies to achieve operational excellence. Oversee all aspects of the business, including bar & kitchen operations, inventory management, staff scheduling, & customer service.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming & memorable experience for guests. Respond to guest feedback & resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Staff Training & Development: Train new employees on company policies, service standards, & product knowledge. Provide ongoing coaching & development opportunities to enhance the skills & performance of the team.

Financial Management: Assist in managing financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, cost control, & revenue optimization. Monitor expenses, analyze financial data, & make recommendations for improvements.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, presentation, & service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Events & Promotions: Coordinate & execute special events, sports screenings, & promotions to attract & engage customers. Collaborate with marketing & PR teams to develop innovative ideas to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end sports bar or restaurant.
• Excellent leadership & team management skills, with the ability to inspire & motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, including inventory management & cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills & a genuine passion for providing memorable experiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data & make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of local regulations & laws pertaining to the food & beverage industry in Dubai.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & holidays as required.
