Vacancy – Assistant General Manager

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a Fine Dinning or Michelin Star, Independent Restaurant is required
• Knowledge of GCC market is preferred.
• Previous experience in Greek or Mediterranean Cuisine advantageous
