About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is perfect for an eCommerce expert with a strong background in SEO, digital optimization, and marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings for product and landing pages.

Technical & On-Page Optimization

  • Improve site structure, metadata, and on-page content while performing regular SEO audits for performance and speed.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyse web traffic, conversions, and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

KPI Tracking & Reporting

  • Report on key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and session duration.

Marketplace Operations

  • Manage daily activities on platforms such as Amazon and Noon – from listings and inventory to promotions.

Logistics & Fulfilment

  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient post-purchase processes.

Campaigns & Landing Pages

  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create high-converting, SEO-optimized pages.

Merchandising & Offer Planning

  • Work with category and pricing teams on product placements and seasonal campaign strategies.

Feature Testing & UAT

  • Lead UAT and QA processes for new website functionalities and features.

Customer Experience

  • Partner with support and operations teams to improve the post-purchase experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in eCommerce, SEO, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Proven record in marketplace management and site performance optimization
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce, Business, or similar
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing preferred
  • MBA from a reputed institution is a plus
