Conrad Hotel Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. She/he is currently a confirmed Ass F&B Director and looking to gain more experience before becoming Director of F&B. Must have luxury background with Mandarin, Four Seasons Ritz Carlton or senior role in luxury restaurant group.
Able to lead a large operation with over 17 point of sales and large conference up to 3 500 capacity.
Great communicator, can do attitude and passionate about restaurant industry he or she will support the DFB to achieve ambitious goals and influence the business locally and beyond.
