Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the preparation for first-year financial statement audits and assist throughout all phases of the audit lifecycle.
  • Act as a vital resource in finance and accounting, collaborating with both internal teams and external auditors to uphold financial integrity.
  • Manage revenue recording and analysis, supervise accounts payable, and facilitate financial operations for domestic and international entities.
  • Formulate and revise finance-related policies and procedures to enhance processes, controls, and governance.
  • Construct and implement targeted audit readiness strategies, conducting detailed audit examinations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with auditors, financial institutions, vendors, and other essential stakeholders.
  • Deliver financial analysis to support diverse projects and initiatives as required.

Required Skills

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
  • CPA designation (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated auditing experience within public accounting.
  • Profound understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive or confidential information.
