Assistant Accountant Vacancy

Job Description

• Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Prepare financial documents such as #invoices, bills, and generate accounts payable and receivable statements.
• Coordinate and manage #payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
• Execute bank reconciliations.
• Enter financial data into appropriate #ERP software programs (other than TALLY)
• Verify payments and deposits made through the company #account and coordinate with the bank.
• Create daily reports for management and #team members.
• Must be familiar with #UAE #VAT compliance and procedures; and must be familiar with the VAT filing process.

Skills Required

• Data Entry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Competent IT Skills.
• Strong Bookkeeping Skills.
• Strong Written and Oral #Communication Skills.
