IFFCO Group Sales & Distribution division is hiring Area Development Managers – GT (Dry) for AUH/Alain region, interested to grow their careers with one of the most reputed organization in Gulf.
Job Summary:
Management of the sales and distribution activities of Dry category in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain for General Trade (LG/SG) function. This includes all related business activities relating to; manpower structure, products, customers.
Basic responsibilities:
- To achieve sales targets for the area specified
- Leadership of the sales team
- Responsible to the profitability of the assigned area
- Accountable to the collection and receivables
- To achieve distribution targets by channel and category
- Accountable to the allocated marketing budget
- Setting monthly targets to sales team in area
- Customer serviceability
KPI’s:
- Volume and Value target achievement & collection targets within timeline.
- Service targets being exceeded.
- Correct product distribution in outlets under supervision.
- Achieving operational benchmark standards.
- Development of personnel
- TMI management
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
- MBA Preferable
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales role in the assigned market.
- 5 years’ experience in managing the GT channels for FMCG industry, preferably dealing with food products sales
