Description:

We are expanding the operation and are recruiting a professional Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Previous experience in MEP, Contracting & Civil Engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings based on the specifications Draft layout drawings of the given structures and ensure tasks are completed within the required time frame Generate several versions of designs and present them for review Assist in
• Preparing drawings to be used for tendering purposes
• Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
• Creating technical drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications.
• Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years’ experience in UAE
• Must be an expert user of AutoCAD Must be highly skilled in the development and preparation of layout drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets as well as other data sources
• Familiarity with CAD design and drafting techniques Strong knowledge in reading, interpreting and using related documents as well as drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results
