Description:

Architectural Design Manager

Immediate requirement to lead the Architectural Design Team, to ensure delivery of a large portfolio of projects, from initial vision to operation, through our in-house Design Team.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum of 7 years Dubai Consultancy & 15 years overall experience
• Bachelor of Architecture required
• Working experience with Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, CED, Dubai Maritime, TECOM, RTA & DEWA.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in both Arabic & English (Verbally and Written)
• Experience in the Design of Low/High-rise Residential, Retail, Office, Mixed-use, Hotel and Commercial buildings
• Experienced in all parts of architectural design and management from the beginning through design studies to the successful completion of the project, including full coordination with all disciplines (MEP, Structural and all other specialists).
• Solid background in preparation of working drawings, schedules and architectural specifications as well as on-site supervision

Computer Literacy Requirement:

• AutoCAD 2D & 3D (Autodesk Eco-Tech working knowledge)
• Autodesk BIM REVIT Application 2015
• Experience – create REVIT model from start to achieve standards LOD 200 & LOD 350 based on BIM forum. BEP creations as per BS standards based on EIR.
• Adobe Photoshop (All advance versions)
• 3dMax Application with V-ray rendering
• Google Sketch up
• MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), GIS Web Application
