Hiring Architect – (with IFC experienced is a must).

Requirements:

• Conducting the working drawings design for inception through concept, schematic design, and detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Elaborating all building codes from authorities to the team to have knowledge about them while designing.
• Design development & coordination with related disciplines.
• Illustrate the design presentation, reports, models & conformity upon material selection, and specification to achieve the target cost.
• Develop budgets and schedules to meet project objectives as well as value engineering principles.
• Quality assurance with design disciplines and production documentation.
• Direct the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of all the documents generated by the team before issuing it officially to any local authority, client, or contractor.
• Site visits will be required for supervision purposes only at emergency cases and when required.
• Material review/approval for the material submittals received to the office from the site team.
• Matching the material submittal with the project speciations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Strong conceptual and graphical skills.
• Excellent in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of the following 3D software: 3D Max, Revit, Sketch Up, V-ray, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to communicate in English/Arabic.
• Abu Dhabi experience is a must.
• Previously working in a consultant company with IFC experience is a must.
• 6-8 years’ experience as an Architect.
