Description:

SKOON is looking to hire a motivated and talented ARCHITECT to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate experience in PreConcept, Concept and Schematic stages.
• Participate in the design process and add value to project concept, vision and presentation.
• Responsible for the preparation and compilation of design presentations and reports.
• Produce high quality 2d graphics and 3d visuals.

Qualifications & skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Art or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture and design.
• Excellent understanding of space planning and functional adjacencies.
• Excellent Architectural design skills complimented by good hand sketching skills.
• Developed skills in the use a variety of software / media in the development, presentation and documentation of a design.
• Must be detail-oriented, consistent and highly accurate in the work.
• Creative and Passionate about design.
• High work performance and excellent communication skills.
• Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter.
• Passion to learn and skills upgrade.
• Proficiency in 3d modeling and visualization tools.
• An expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous or current experience in UAE essential
• Experience of working on medium to large scale projects.
