We are looking for an experienced Arabic Secretary to join our growing company.

As a Secretary, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Secretary requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum of  2 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must be an Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
