Description:

Leading company in Dubai is looking to hire an Arabic Accounting Manager with the below requirements:

  • Responsible for coordinating all expenses including petty cash, and all types of cash expenses & bank payments including bank checks.
  • Maintain Company bank Balance & track upcoming clearance checks.
  • Perform bank reconciliation of all bank accounts of the company.
  • Prepare Daily & Monthly Cash Flow balance and forecasting.
  • Prepare Budget Report.
  • Experience in managing a team and delegating tasks.
  • Responsible for entering data for all types of journal entries in the system to keep it updated.
  • Prepare the daily and monthly reports to calculate staff Salary & Commission and enter data in the system.
  • Prepare correspondence regarding all malls and coordinate with the management for signatures and dispatch to concerned people.
  • Monthly reports (Allocation & Depreciation) & (P&L).
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director or the senior management from time to time.
  • Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
  • Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
  • Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets, opening and closing balance.
  • Assists management to make financial decisions.
  • Investigating means to improve profitability.
  • Reviews and processes payments of the company.
  • Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
  • Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
  • Knowledge about VAT submission to FBR web portal.
  • Salary processing as per WPS.
  • Bachelor or Masters of Commerce with major in Accountancy
  • Experience: Bachelor with 6-8 years of experience as an accounts manager.
  • retail / jewelers experience is a must

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in financial data analyses
  • Expertise MS Office specially MS Excel Advanced level
  • Awareness with products types
  • Awareness of VAT implementation
  • Ability to draft letters and accounts policies
