They are looking for Application Support Specialist – CRM, Location: Dubai

• Experience in application production support within the itil framework. hands on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, incident analysis & resolution, and rca related to application.
• Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for production issues is accurate and within sla.
• Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
• Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of siebel architecture.
• Strong siebel crm experience in workflow, configuration and eai.
• Siebel tools and siebel application.
• Understanding of siebel open ui concepts.
• Hands on experience on siebel eim module.
• Hands on experience in application support and day to day siebel application monitoring.
• Hands on experience in trouble shooting siebel related problems on production, incident analysis& resolution, and rca related to siebel application.
• Hands on experience in obiee, informatica & dac.
• Hands on experience in UNIX command.
• Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the middleware systems like tibco/open API/ micro services.
• Very good knowledge in oracle – sql & pl/sql.
