Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Specialist located in Dubai. The Application Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks. The role requires effective communication and close collaboration with clients and the internal team to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in the medical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Expert in performing validations and generating EP Evaluator results, framing and implementing SOPs, and obtaining accreditations (JCI and ISO 15189:2012)
- Possess a clear understanding of the industry and successfully resolved analytical difficulties including troubleshooting instrument malfunctions, interpreting aberrant data, and writing reports escalating to responsible personnel.
- Trained and supervised staff: Analyzer Application support not only onsite but also throughout the network by phone.
- Troubleshot instrumentation; supervised the Proficiency Testing, Material, Management, Statistics, Method evaluation, and Setup.
- Ensured the laboratory’s Hematological protocol’s ongoing compliance with CAP and JCIA standards, Information Management, Communication, Safety & managed daily bench requirements
- Capable of working independently in areas like Hematology, Biochemistry, Endocrinology, Serology, Blood Banking, Virology & Coagulation
