Urgent Hiring for Application Production Support in Dubai

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance industry
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in production support
  • Knowledge/exposure to complex environment
  • Agile working practices 
  • Solid knowledge of SQL scripting
  • Good knowledge of windows & Unix servers
  • Experience of working in agile teams as part of a squad.
  • Experience working in Banking or Finance Industry
  • Working knowledge in technical aspects of Data Governance including glossary, metadata, data quality, master data management & data lifecycle management
  • Has knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, backend and front END
  • Understands SWIFT, FTS , WPS, DDS ,NEFT ,RTGS ,SARIE and ACH Payments
  • Has knowledge of shell scripting, Jboss , Oracle , spring ,hibernate , programming Language.   .
  • Coordinating with TCS Offshore Level 3 support team for getting fixes related to Production issues and help deploying these fixes
  • Support testing for Production issues
  • Updating status of the ticket in defect management tool
  • Creation of Problem tickets and providing complete information to TCS L3 support and testing team
  • Supporting for Urgent / Crisis / Critical production support activity
  • Hot fixes Deployments
  • Supporting with Data Extraction / EDW report queries
  • Publishing CCN Dashboard every day
  • Publishing Payment hub Dashboard to management
  • Creating Monthly CR in Remedy
  • Daily Recon for FTS files
  • Daily Recon for WPS files
  • Daily Recon for DDS files
  • Daily Dashboard analysis for Pending transactions crossing TAT defined by Business
  • Sharing Volume data for Management when ever asked
  • Monitoring Alerts and acting on it
  • Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls
