Application Operators Required
- Experience – Operational work experience (experience from having worked with/operated mechanical equipment and heavy machinery is a plus). Experience from landscaping, gardening, construction work, or agriculture/forestry is relevant
- Excellent health and physical condition (example: Dwayne Johnson)/ Graduate Level
- Note – English must (written & verbal)
- Ability to carry out physical labor in challenging climatic conditions. Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures with attention to details. Ability to drive/operate heavy machinery like tractors, fertilizer sprayers, etc.
- Disciplined and structured, personal strength and endurance
- Work Style: Hands-on, hard worker
- Motivation: Finds motivation in his/her personal performance, and from being part of a team with shared goals and objectives towards a bigger vision
Summary: Product application (applying the liquid product to the ground/sand/soil) involves manual labor that varies from scenario to scenario. Treating a lawn area is vastly different from treating trees, shrubs, flowers for landscaping. Agriculture has variations by farm and cultivation method. Forestry is different from trees in city parks etc. Equipment used for various scenarios will be different, and the size of teams will be designed to “consume/apply” amounts of product in balance with production capacity for each specific project.
