• Develop training material and deliver sessions to sales and solution architects
• Analyze performance
• Prepare periodic reports for management on all aspects of the managed connectivity services, to track strategic goal accomplishment of managed connectivity services
• Communicate with respective product managers to understand competitive environment, strategy, tactics and other product activities.
• Ensure information on existing products and services is available to internal staff by updating resources like Product net (knowledge base) and other sales collateral
