Key Responsibilities
- Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect.
- Validate information supplied by third-party organizations using online resources for precise verification.
- Complete Enrichment Tasks as specified by the client, guided by comprehensive training.
- Perform data entry, confirm vendor credentials, check board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
- Be adaptable and willing to undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
Required Skills
- Strong willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and technology.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or relevant customer service roles is preferred.
- Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with the capacity to start immediately.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes in processes and information efficiently.
- Capability to work autonomously while being an active collaborator within the team.
- Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including stable internet connectivity.
