Job Description for After Sales Service (DBM) Consultant

• The candidate will provide an expert level of skills and knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of automotive application and business process development in Passenger and Heavy vehicle after sales.
• The primary solution focus area of the job is SAP IS Auto Dealer Business Management (7.0).
• Minimum of five years of experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP Automotive process.
• Well versed with SAP DBM and integration with FI
• Familiar with Warranty, MRSS, CATS and NWBC.
• Knowledge of SAP MM is preferred.
• Experience in integrating SAP IS Auto with third party applications.
• Knowledge of ABAP is desirable
• Technical trouble shot, Root cause analysis
• Liaise with the Change Management team for problem resolution and deployment of system changes
• Develops and maintains documentation for technical solution modification
