Since 1988, our client has been a leader in the pastry and baking industry, educating thousands of students over the decades on the best practices and philosophies to date. Whether you are established in the industry or just getting started, learning how to bake a cake or perfecting intricate French pastries, their variety of programs and classes allow for all levels to find a course that fits their skillset.

As they are looking to renovate and expand their campus, they are eagerly looking to add an additional Admissions Representative to their team. In the role, you will be working with potential candidates and providing all necessary information about programs offered and career paths as well as answer any inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by answering customer inquiries via telephone professionally and promptly
  • Responsible for relaying accurate information about programs and career paths to potential candidates along with necessary financial information
  • Work to provide adequate information and problem solve inquiries in order to achieve weekly goals
  • Build working relationships with applicants by scheduling follow-up meetings to keep interest and ensure metrics are being met
  • Assist enrolled students with guiding them through the online orientation
  • Follow guidelines to decipher whether to pursue qualified candidates for enrollment based upon career goal compatibility
  • Proactively work to build pipeline by asking for referrals from applicants and potential applicants
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to problem solve, analyze data, and work to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ years experience working in Admissions is a MUST
  • Ability to learn ins and outs of programs and relay information accurately to applicants
  • Ability to sell programs and hit call metrics
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
