At bina, we’re seeking an Admission Specialist with a proven track record in sales—ideally in the education or ed-tech sectors, but top performers from B2C industries are encouraged to apply. You’ll need to be an achievement-focused team player and an empathetic communicator who is excited to help families navigate their educational journey with us. If you’re energized by impact and undaunted by the pace of a startup, this could be your next big move

About us

  • bina is a global, mobile, whole primary experience that fits families everywhere, creating quality educational outcomes (and joy!) at scale.
  • We’re shaping new ways to educate Gen A’s through pioneering precision education. bina offers small classes of up to 8 students led by top-tier teachers. Our proprietary tech-based methodology and curriculum emphasise environmental, cultural, and social-emotional learning.
  • We’re a pre-seed (with >$4M total funding), post-revenue startup backed by Softbank Asia and SparkMind, with an advisory board including the UK’s former Minister of Education. We’ve already had the privilege of serving children from over 30 countries—and we’re just getting started.

What is “precision education”?

Precision education at bina involves deeply personalized learning that adapts to each student’s unique needs, skill levels, and learning patterns. It blends personalization with standardized educational goals to create engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences.

The core mission? To effectively communicate and promote bina’s “precise, attentive education” values and benefits to prospective families and students worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Inform: Act as the first point of contact for interested families, providing detailed information about bina’s methodology, classes, and educational philosophy
  • Connect and Learn: Quickly gather information about the families, connect with them and understand how we can best serve their needs so that you can help highlight how bina is the perfect solution to their current situation
  • Drive Enrollment: Develop strategies to increase student admissions while focusing on quality and alignment with bina’s educational goals
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and current families, ensuring a seamless and supportive admissions process

This role demands a keen awareness of global educational and familial trends, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques.

  • Implement sales and communication strategies to reach target audiences effectively
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with prospective and current family information
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with admissions goals
  • Facilitate webinars and meetings with potential bina families
  • Support the teaching staff and Leaning Success team when needed

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
  • Sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in education
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and long sales cycles

  • We value adaptability, collaboration, and the drive to make learning fun and impactful
