Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key accountabilities & Tasks
Administrative:
- issuance of IOC and agreement documents as per customers’ application requirement Organize and maintain case related documentation on proper systems/ files, as per date
- Review daily workflows and cases received from the front office team and coordinate for any missing documents if needed for printing of the NOC
- Manage department’s daily email inquiries and assign to respective staff, ensuring it is closed within SLA
- Check for new customer ownership and customer information details and timely update Nakheel records
- Submit any report or log required by the senior for daily or pending cases
Communication:
- External Customers: Contact customers to update regarding their documents and/ or missing information needed
- Internal Customers: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer cases are closed timely and effectivelv
- Report any issues to the management
Qualification, skills, experience:
- Fluency in Arabic language is a must
- High school diploma with previous customer service experience of at least 1-2 years
- Attention to detail
- Good communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
