Description:

AG Resources is urgently hiring an Administrator (Document Controller) for the Sales Operation team of a Real Estate Company, the position is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Duration: 03 – 06 Months (Extendable)

Job Descriptions:

  • Help in establishing Real estate-related forms and sales documents.
  • Prepare a Reservation agreement (RA), Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA), and know your customer (KYC) document with customers through all sales channels.
  • Copy, scan, and archive documents physically and digitally using company systems.
  • Retrieve files as requested by management and clients.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sales transactions and customer details.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
  • Dispatching SPA and other related documents, if any, to international clients.
  • Delivering Units Hand over documents to end users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller in a real estate company in Dubai with at least 1 – 2 years of experience.
  • Work on a temporary contract (renewable/extendable contract based on performance and client’s budget)
  • Hands-on experience using ERP (system), and MS Office.
  • Proficient typing and communications skills both verbal and in written format.
  • Fluent in English and understanding Arabic.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Only Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
