- Enter and manage data across multiple platforms, ensuring that all information is current, organized, and error-free.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, reconcile, and audit data for quality assurance.

- Assist in generating detailed reports and analytics that drive key business decisions and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications or coursework in business administration or data management considered a plus.
- Prior experience in a typist or data entry role, with demonstrable proficiency in high-speed typing (at least 70 WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various data management platforms; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, coupled with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes.
