Job Summary
Victor 12 is actively hiring an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Training Management and Performance Improvement (TMPI) Training Analysis and Design Task Order. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Victor 12 Task Order Project and Program Managers. The Administrative Support Specialist should be able to successfully handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, provide clerical and administrative services, and perform numerous duties.
- The Administrative Support Specialist shall draft formal correspondence and provide editorial reviews for external and internal communications.
- Support will be required for all meetings, and includes providing meeting materials.
- The Administrative Support Specialist will be expected to prepare meeting minutes, including Attendees, Action Items, and notes within 5 calendar days of any meeting.
- Assist in the review and delivery of Weekly Status Reports.
- Coordinate preparation and maintenance of program artifacts.
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly reports to outline accomplishments of milestones, by quarter for each project/customer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and 2 years related experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- NOTE: Foreign university transcripts must meet accreditation standards by one of two national associations of credential evaluation services designated by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the US Department of Education.
- National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES)
- Association of International Evaluators (AICE).
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Windows Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong Communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and adhere to strict timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Pass a background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check, and provide “identity-proofed” identification through authentication of two forms of government-issued identification.
Have authorization to work for ANY employer in the United States.

- Prior Government contracting experience.
