Juventus Academy Dubai & Sharjah is renowned globally for its excellence in football education and training.

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team and provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Executive at Juventus Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the academy. You will work closely with various departments, coaches, and staff to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our programs.

The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and documentation related to player registrations and other essential paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison between academy management, coaching staff, players, and their families, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
  • Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handling clients/customers’ requests and queries appropriately
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to track expenses, process invoices, and maintain budgetary records.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of Academy players at all times liaising with the Head Coach of the location, communicating and engaging with parents/guardians where appropriate.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience (3 years) in an administrative role within a similar environment, preferably in sports or youth development programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
