We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Education Training Center. If you have a passion for providing excellent administrative support and have a proven track record in a similar role within the UAE, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Maintain office supplies and handle inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule faculties & students, appointments, and events.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in the management of daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Tele marketing as well as converting the queries into admissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role within the UAE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s Required
