Job Description
- Manage client coordination and schedule client meetings
- Preparation and distribution of sales-related information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Efficient communication with clients responding to queries and requests for information.
- Preparation, submittal and monitoring of all company pre-qualification activities under the guidance of the department leader, ensuring client requirements and standards are achieved.
- Attend internal Sales Meetings.
- Maintain important documentation – Tenders & Contracts Log, CRM system, orders received.
- Support the department leader to prepare company presentations as required.
- Support in the preparation of annual ISO Audit documentation under the guidance of the department leader.
- Communicating relevant information and extending support for other miscellaneous activities for the department.
