Description:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and operations tasks. The duties will include providing support to the business development team, assisting in daily office needs and supporting our company’s general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to organise the work and have knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the below:
- Handles and coordinates active calendars and projects
- Schedules and coordinates meetings and projects
- Provides administrative support to the Business Development team
- Manages phone calls and email correspondence
- Performs data entry and takes minutes of meetings
- Researches and creates admirable PPT presentations for client meetings and technical proposals
- Has advanced knowledge in Excel (ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation) to efficiently process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks
- Manages travel arrangements, such as booking flights and making hotel / restaurant reservations.
- Helps implement new programmes, procedures, methods, and systems
- Supports in assigned project based work
- Formats content in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Provides ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Should have own visa (husband / father)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator / Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Preferably with UAE driving license
